Organic grain bagel with avocado spread

Try this beautiful, filling, and healthy breakfast recipe!!

Ingredients:
1/2 bagel
1/2 avocado
1/2 lemon, squeezed for it's juice
2 radishes, sliced into thin half moons

In a small bowl mash the avocado with a fork. Add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scoop out and toast a half of a whole grain bagel (or whole wheat or bagel of your choice). Spread the avocado mixture onto the bagel. Then top with radishes and enjoy!
